The Yamaha FZS is fitted with newly designed 153 cc air cooled, 4 stroke engine with SOHC, single cylinder 2 valve engine which is controlled by advanced control unit to give good performance.
The engine is capable to produce a maximum power of 14 PS at a rate of 7500 rpm and 13.6 Nm of maximum torque at 6000 rpm. The newly designed Yamaha FZS engine is very fuel efficient and is capable of delivering a decent mileage. The Yamaha FZS is loaded with purely European International design that includes colors and graphics, aerodynamic chiseled windshield, stylish and sporty carbon pattern meter console, and more aggressive looking headlight. The bike looks impressive with its external diameter of 35mm that is adopted in a two layer exhaust in order to reduce the effect of heat on the pipe. The Yamaha FZS is to be the India's first tubeless tyre bike with a 60 percent of aspect ratio. The front and rear tyres of the bike are tubeless with sizes 100/80-17 and 140/60-R17. The Yamaha FZS is available with attractive color options like Fiery orange, black cyber green, sunset red and competition white. The cool and amazing graphics gives the bike a super stylish look and gives a contemporary and a sporty look. The new look of the bike will surely grab the look of the Indian consumer at a glance.
