The headquarters of this company is in Japan. Yamaha bikes entered India in 1985. It began a joint venture with Escorts Group in 1996. But in 2005 it set up it's own company as a separate to handle the sales of vehicles in India. This company is one of the most popular manufacturer of vehicles in Indian market and also one of the oldest manufacturer of two wheelers. The company wins many of the awards because of their excellent dedication in the manufacturing of the high quality bikes. It provides their customers with a great ranges of bike at excellent prices.

The company launched new Yamaha FZS a few months back just before the festive season and well received by the Indian bike-enthusiats. This two-wheeler took the company back in the competition zone with many other popular companies. The company was launched it in 2008 once. This model is just an enhanced edition and there is no mechanical changes done to this two wheeler. The new addition of this model is launched in new Battle Green colour along with yellow colour graphics. The Yamaha FZS price is Rs.67,000 (Ex-Show Room New Delhi), price of this model not very much, affordable and reasonable.




The Yamaha FZS features are awesome. The new addition of this model comes 153cc, air cooled, single cylinder. It's engine is very powerful, capable enough to produce a top power of 14PS at 75,00 rotation per minute. It incorporates a five speed return type transmission. It has a 12 litre of petrol tank and is decorated with large air-scoops. It has been loaded with 267mm front single disc brake and rear drum type. The disc brake also help to maintain balance and reduce the chances of the accident. It suggested that this is the biggest vehicle in India, looks larger than many of the two wheelers. It is having a diamond type frame for utmost rigidity and stability.
