Just a few months ago, the Honda Bikes manufacturer was in news for its future plans of introducing parallel twin sports bike. The company also stated that this new product would be a doubled up version of its previous product CBR250R. This new bike was anticipated to be a CBR400 machine, but one's expectation were far behind when the company made an announcement of its new product, CBR500. It is also being said that Honda is going to revive the CB500 name by introducing a naked version while sticking to the same chassis and engine while keeping its price reasonable. This version is perfect for commuters while its latest entry is apt for tourers and track enthusiasts.
As per the Honda CBR500 Pictures doing rounds on internet, one can relate it more to the appearance of CBR600RR instead of comparing it with the CBR250R. Its powerful and stunning look is sure to make it successful in the market over CBR250R, particularly in aspects such as price and bike positioning. This sports bike is introduced by Honda as a bridge between CBR250R and CBR600RR and it fits perfectly well in the sports bike segment. Honda has found its best creation ever and now with Honda CBR500, the company is all set to go face to face with Kawasaki Ninja300R. CBR500 and CB500 are both expected to make their first entry in the Thai market and as of now, their launch in India is not yet confirmed. Since, there is no free trade agreement between India and Thailand, Honda would possibly assemble these bikes in the country, by approaching Thailand.
This global product is equipped with parallel twin 4 stroke 470cc engine displacement. Its motor is liquid cool and that generates highest power of 47BHP and the maximal torque of 40NM. There is a six speed manual gearbox installed to it and the bike's total weight goes about 181 kgs. The highest speed that the bike generates is about 166Kph, and this number is 20Kph greater than CBR250R. Honda CBR500 Features the single front disc brakes and telescopic forks. There is also a tubular frame which the bike features. Though not revealed yet, the bike will be released with all new and advanced features and this will indeed elevate the range of this product. As per the expectations, Honda CBR500 Price will range not less than or approximately Rs. 3.75 lakhs, which is truly an aggressive price in the Indian market. With such a huge price, this bike is sure to give a tough competition to KTM Duke 350, which will release very soon. I shared that Mahindra Rodeo RZ is a scooter with powerful engine.
