Honda CBR 150R: Price, Features and Specifications

Honda bikes has always made their appearance with one surprise after another, and now the company is out with yet another excellent surprise for its customers. The company has recently launched its high performance affordable model of fuel-injected version of CBR 150R. The bike was previously launched in Thai market and expected to enter the Indian market in last month of 2012. The bike is considered as a replica to CBR 250R but the truth is, Honda CBR 150R is completely different bike from the 250R model in every possible manner. Looking at some Honda CBR 150R features, the bike has quite a few differences from its larger sibling. While the 250R is adorned with silver trim bits, the bulbous panes and massive exhausts, the 150R is equipped with shorter exhaust panel. Some other features make this bike sportier and a perfect choice for college going youngsters as well as working professionals.

If one will browse through several Honda CBR 150R pictures, one will be able to observe the complete beauty of this queen of roads. Its skeleton sports and funky design makes it stand in the queue of sport bikes just like Yamaha’s R15. The bike undoubtedly has the best riding postures amongst any of the bike we have in India at current times. The seat is very comfy, the handle is low and supportive and foot pegs are uniquely designed. The fuel tank is designed in such a way it gives complete rest to one’s knees. Even though one is on a long drive, one will not face any kind of back pain or pressure on the back. Combined with luxury with comfort, Honda CBR 150R is a fun to ride anywhere.

The fuel delivery is maintained with Honda’s Programmed Fuel Injection. The bike is capable to produce a maximum power of 17.82PS at 10,500RPM and 12.66Nm torque at 8500RPM. The Honda CBR 150R price is expected to be about Rs. 116,385 in Indian market while the deluxe model of the bike will be available at around Rs. 117,385. There are quite a few color variants available for both the models. The standard model will be made available in Black with Pearl Sunbeam White and Sports Red with Pearls Sunbeam White. The 150R deluxe model will be available in Black with Candy Palm Green and Vibrant Orange with Pearl Sunbeam White color. I shared that Mahindra two wheelers is to launch three new bikes.
