The Bajaj automobile company and Austrian KTM motorcycle company has a joint venture to launch KTM bikes in India. In this time the joint venture has launched KTM Duke 200 in the market and as per available sources the bike is getting good response. The Bajaj motorcycle company has tagged the booking amount the KTM Duke 200 is Rs. 30K but after good response the company has charged only Rs. 20K. The KTM Duke 200 price in India is tagged around Rs. 1,17,500.

The KTM Duke 200 features reveal that the bike comes with 200cc powerful engine. According to the KTM bikes the KTM Duke 200 has only 10kmpl fuel efficiency. The bike is available with chromium-molybdenum trellis frame chassis along with black/orange, black/green and white/orange color combinations as per shown by the KTM Duke 200 pictures. The distinctive center console may comprise of fuel gauge, speedometer, trip meter and turn indicator signal. The powerful racer bike KTM Duke 200 is expected to be bestowed with very sound and advanced suspension system. The suspension of the new bike at the front is expected to 150mm telescopic front suspension and 150mm mono-shock suspension.

The KTM Duke 200 has 300mm disc with two-pot brake caliper at front side and 150mm disc with one-pot brake caliper at rear side. The 200cc displacement engine of the bike is providing 22Bhp maximum power and 19.2Nm maximum toque. The liquid cooled, 4-stroke engine has 72mm bore and 49mm stroke for excellent pickup with 6 speed gear. The KTM Duke 200 comes with alloy wheels along with 110/70X17mm front tyre and 150/60X17mm rear tyre. The Electric start bike has Contactless, controlled, fully electronic ignition system with digital ignition timing adjustment system. The bike appears with a good designed fuel tank which has 10.5ltr fuel storage capacitive with 2.5ltr reserve capacity.
