The bike manufacturer Ducati is all set to launch its all new sports bike Ducati Monster 795 in Indian auto segment. Ducati bikes are well known for their stylish and sporty bikes all around the Globe. The all new Ducati Monster is a lower varaint of its renowned Ducati Monster 796. The exact launch date of the bike is yet under covers, but it is expected to launch soon in India. Ducati Monster price in India is yet to be announced but it is speculated to be priced in the range of Rs. 5 lakhs to 6 lakhs.
Ducati Monster specifications reveal that the bike will adorn a powerful 803 cc L-Twin cylinder engine with 2 valve per cylinder Desmodromic and air cooled. The engine of the bike is capable of producing a maximum power of 64 kW at 8250 rpm and the peak torque of 78 Nm at 6250 rpm. The engine of the bike will be mated with a 6 speed manual gearbox. The all new Monster 795 front tyre has a 120/60 ZR 17 Pirelli Angel ST and the wheel is of 3-spoke light alloy while the rear tyre of Monster 795 is an 160/60 ZR 17 Pirelli Angel ST.
Ducati Monster features suggest that the bike will feature various safety features. The front suspension of the bike is of Marzocchi 43mm upside-down forks while the rear suspension of the bike will be of progressive linkage with preload and rebound sachs adjustable monoshock which provides a better road grip and avoid severe damage during sudden jerk. With this power, Ducati Monster 795 offers an excellent fuel efficiency of 13 Kmpl. The fuel tank capacity of the sports bike is 15 litre and the fuel reserve capacity of the bike is 3 litre.
